At Room8 Hair & Beauty, we want every client to enjoy a seamless and professional experience. To ensure fairness for both our team and our valued clients, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with our salon policies before booking your appointment.
💳 Deposits & Bookings
- Online Bookings: A 25% deposit is automatically required when booking online.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, a 25% deposit will be charged. If this happens on 3 or more occasions in total, all future bookings will require deposits.
- Balayage, Colour Correction & Bleach Bath Services: Due to the time and preparation involved, deposits for these services are non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the appointment date.
🎨 Colour Services & Patch Tests
- A valid skin patch test is required before any colour service.
- If you do not have a valid patch test, we reserve the right to refuse service and reschedule your appointment for your safety.
⏰ Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.
- In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
🐾 Salon Environment
- For the comfort and safety of all our clients, pets are not permitted in the salon (with the exception of guide dogs).
