At Room8 Hair & Beauty, we want every client to enjoy a seamless and professional experience. To ensure fairness for both our team and our valued clients, we kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with our salon policies before booking your appointment.


๐Ÿ’ณ Deposits & Bookings

  1. Online Bookings: A 25% deposit is automatically required when booking online.
  2. Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hoursโ€™ notice or do not attend your appointment, a 25% deposit will be charged. If this happens on 3 or more occasions in total, all future bookings will require deposits.
  3. Balayage, Colour Correction & Bleach Bath Services: Due to the time and preparation involved, deposits for these services are non-refundable if cancelled within 2 weeks of the appointment date.


๐ŸŽจ Colour Services & Patch Tests

  1. A valid skin patch test is required before any colour service.
  2. If you do not have a valid patch test, we reserve the right to refuse service and reschedule your appointment for your safety.


โฐ Late Arrivals

  1. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
  2. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients.
  3. In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply.


๐Ÿพ Salon Environment

  1. For the comfort and safety of all our clients, pets are not permitted in the salon (with the exception of guide dogs).
